at the Caesars Rewards Counter, very professional, outgoing and patient with my bombarding of questions that I had about the rewards card program that I never had until this trip. Special shout out to Nate, customer service rep. Every stay, the room is well sanitized and smells fresh and is clean when you walk in, I like the fact that white sheets and comforters are put on the bed, it's easier to see they are fresh and not having to worry about them being stained or dirty. The hotel room was perfect, it amazes me with the amount of people who stay at Caesars how well the rooms are maintained and look as though your the first person to stay in the room. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, We have something for EVERYONE -Nearly 2,000 high tech Las Vegas-style slot machines including the most penny slots in Central Indiana. Our unmatched winning and electric atmosphere is only 20 minutes southeast of Downtown Indianapolis. Pool area and bathrooms are kept up and clean, employees in and out about once a hour making sure things are tidy and that clean towels are available. Specialties: Indiana Grand Casino is the closest casino to Indianapolis. This time I stayed, the hot tub was back up and in service, perfect temperature to sit and relax, not so hot that it's uncomfortable and also being able to use the pool at the same time made it even more relaxing. It must be a pleasurable place to work because all employees seem happy, smiling and willing to do what ever it takes to make your stay pleasant, always a thank you or have a nice day is given. ![]() ![]() ![]() The service there and the quality of the casino and hotel are always top notch. I try to stay at least once a year for a few days as a get away.
